Last updated: February 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your booking with Touring Golf Pty Ltd (ABN 79 695 344 211) ("TouringGolf", "we", "us", "our") for the Fairways & Frontlines tour ("Tour"). By paying your deposit and submitting your booking form, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1 A booking request is made by completing the online booking form at touringgolf.com/book and paying the deposit. A binding contract is formed when we issue a written booking confirmation to the email address you provided.

1.2 By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all guests named in the booking, and that all guests named in the booking accept these Terms.

1.3 You must provide accurate passport details, emergency contact information, relevant medical conditions, dietary requirements, and golf handicap details for each guest by the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to provide this information by the required date may affect our ability to complete bookings with third-party suppliers.

Price Adjustments

2.5 The Tour price is based on costs, exchange rates, and supplier pricing as at the date of publication. We reserve the right to adjust the Tour price prior to final balance due date if there is a material change in:

  • Foreign exchange rates (AUD/EUR or AUD/CHF) of more than 10%
  • Fuel surcharges or government-imposed taxes or charges
  • Supplier costs beyond our reasonable control

2.6 If a price increase exceeds 10% of the original Tour price, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price adjustment.

4. Cancellation by You

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

4.2 The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total Tour price per person:

  • More than 120 days before departure: Deposit forfeited ($5,000 per person)
  • 90–120 days before departure: 50% of the total Tour price
  • 60–89 days before departure: 75% of the total Tour price
  • Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the total Tour price (no refund)

4.3 These cancellation charges reflect the non-recoverable costs we incur with hotels, golf courses, restaurants, and transport providers, many of which require non-refundable deposits or payments well in advance of the Tour.

4.4 If you find a replacement guest acceptable to us (acting reasonably) to take your place, we will transfer your booking to that person and refund amounts paid less any administrative costs or supplier change fees incurred. Replacement guests must meet the same booking requirements (valid passport, golf handicap, fitness to travel).

4.5 We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. See clause 7.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Us

Tour Modifications

5.1 We reserve the right to make minor changes to the Tour itinerary, accommodation, or activities at any time. Minor changes include changes to the order of activities, substitution of hotels of equivalent or higher standard, substitution of golf courses of equivalent standard, and changes to meal venues.

5.2 If we make a significant change to the Tour before departure (such as a change to the departure dates, omission of a major destination, or a downgrade in overall accommodation standard), we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer you the choice of:

  • (a) Accepting the amended Tour
  • (b) Cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of all amounts paid

Tour Cancellation by Us

5.3 We may cancel the Tour if:

  • The minimum number of confirmed bookings required to operate the Tour viably is not reached by 31 May 2026
  • A Force Majeure Event (as defined in clause 6) makes it impossible or unsafe to operate the Tour

5.4 If we cancel the Tour under clause 5.3, we will refund all amounts you have paid in full. We will not be liable for any additional costs you have incurred (including but not limited to airfares, travel insurance, or accommodation booked independently).

6. Force Majeure

6.1 Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure results from a Force Majeure Event.

6.2 A "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: pandemic or epidemic, natural disaster, volcanic eruption or ash cloud, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, government action or travel restrictions, airline failure or industrial action, adverse weather conditions making travel unsafe, and closure of key Tour venues or destinations.

6.3 If a Force Majeure Event occurs after departure and prevents completion of the Tour, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide alternative arrangements. We will refund the proportionate cost of any Tour services not provided, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred with third-party suppliers.

6.4 We will not be liable for any consequential losses, additional expenses, or compensation beyond the refund of amounts paid for Tour services not provided.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking. All guests must hold a current travel insurance policy that covers, at minimum:

  • Trip cancellation and curtailment
  • Overseas medical and hospital expenses (minimum AUD $5,000,000)
  • Medical evacuation and repatriation
  • Personal liability
  • Luggage, personal effects, and golf equipment

7.2 We strongly recommend that your policy includes cover for pre-existing medical conditions.

7.3 You must provide proof of travel insurance to us no later than 30 days before the Tour departure date. Failure to provide proof of adequate insurance may result in your participation being refused, with cancellation charges applying as per clause 4.

7.4 We are not a licensed insurance provider and do not provide insurance advice. We may facilitate the purchase of travel insurance through a third-party provider as an optional paid extra.

8. Health, Fitness & Behaviour

8.1 Participants should be in reasonable health and fitness to participate in six rounds of golf and walking tours of memorial sites, which may involve uneven ground and extended periods on foot.

8.2 You must disclose any medical condition, mobility limitation, or dietary requirement that may affect your participation or require special arrangements at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee that all Tour activities will be suitable for all participants.

8.3 The Tour includes a day trip to Crans-Montana, Switzerland at an altitude of approximately 1,500 metres. If you have a heart condition, respiratory condition, or other health concern that may be affected by altitude, please consult your doctor before booking.

8.4 We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to exclude a guest from a particular activity or from the remainder of the Tour if their health, fitness, or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or other guests. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

8.5 You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity from the Tour departure date, and any visas or travel authorisations required for entry into France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

9. Liability

9.1 Touring Golf Pty Ltd acts as a tour organiser. We arrange and coordinate the Tour services provided by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, golf courses, restaurants, and transport operators. We are not the direct provider of these services.

9.2 We will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by:

  • The act, omission, default, or negligence of any third-party supplier
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (see clause 6)
  • Your own act, omission, or negligence
  • The act, omission, or negligence of any other Tour participant

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Tour price paid by you.

9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, or wasted expenditure.

9.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, or condition, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. If we are liable to you under any non-excludable provision, our liability is limited (to the extent permitted by law) to the re-supply of the relevant Tour services or a refund of the amount paid for those services.

10. Privacy

10.1 We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10.2 Your personal information (including name, passport details, medical conditions, and dietary requirements) will be shared with third-party suppliers (hotels, golf courses, restaurants, transport providers) to the extent necessary to deliver the Tour. By making a booking, you consent to this disclosure.

10.3 We retain booking records for 7 years in accordance with Australian taxation record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

11. Photography & Media

11.1 Touring Golf or its representatives may take photographs and video during the Tour for use in marketing materials, social media, and future Tour promotion. By participating in the Tour, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing before the Tour departure date that you do not wish to appear in marketing materials.

12. Complaints & Disputes

12.1 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Tour, please raise it with your Tour host at the earliest opportunity so that we can attempt to resolve it during the Tour.

12.2 If a complaint cannot be resolved during the Tour, you may submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the Tour end date. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 business days.

13. General

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Touring Golf Pty Ltd in relation to your booking for the Tour and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.

13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.

13.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13.5 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your booking.
